摘要
目的:观察习练放松功与在冷加压试验中血压变化的关系。方法:通过随机对照试验法,将80例原发性高血压病患者分为试验组41例,对照组39例。试验组习练三线放松功4周后进行冷加压试验,比较两组的血压、心率、血浆去甲肾上腺素与肾上腺素。结果:在手刚放入冰水时,试验组的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:习练放松功可以有效缓解冷加压试验引起的升压反应。
Objective: To observe the relationship between practicing Fangsonggong and blood pressure in the cold pressor test. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into test group(41 cases) and control(39 cases) group. Blood pressure, heart rate, plasma norepinephrine and epinephrine were tested during cold stress experiment after practicing Fangsonggong for four weeks. Results: Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, plasma norepinephrine and epinephrine of test group were significantly lower than that of control during cold stress experiment(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Practicing Fangsonggong can effectively relieve the hyperfensive response induced by cold stress experiment.
