摘要
叙述了国内外生物质预处理技术和催化剂的选择研究现状,分析了干燥法、粉碎法、酸洗法和烘焙法等一系列预处理技术的优缺点,总结了金属盐、金属氧化物、分子筛等催化剂在生物质热解过程中的应用。认为可以根据不同生物质的基本特性,扬长避短,进行物理、化学、生物预处理方法的交叉式研究,逐步完善预处理方法的作用机理;应先对生物质热解催化剂的作用机理展开全面研究,再配合最佳的催化剂和预处理技术,从而实现预处理技术与催化剂在生物质热解过程中的完美结合。
In this paper, the study on biomass pretreatment technologies and catalyst selection at home and abroad were reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of these pretreatment methods were analyzed, including drying methods, smash method, acid cleaning method and torrefaction method etc. And the application of all kinds of catalyst in the process of biomass pyrolysis was summarized, such as metal salt, metal oxides and zeolite etc. Intersection research of physical, chemical and biological pretreatment method should be taking according to the different basic characteristics of biomass, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, which could gradually improve the mechanism of the pretreatment method; comprehensive study on mechanism of biomass pyrolysis catalyst should be taking first, then combine with the best catalyst and pretreatment technology, thus realize the perfect combination of pretreatment technology and catalyst in the process of biomass pyrolysis.
