摘要
目的:了解低年资护士在SBAR(情况-背景-评估-建议)-床头交接班工作模式实施过程中的真实体验,评价其效果和可行性,为临床培训和应用做出指导。方法:对在宁夏某肿瘤医院工作5年以下的60名低年资护士应用SBAR-床头交接班工作模式进行了为期5周培训。采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10位参加培训后实践3月的低年资护士进行了半结构性的深度访谈,运用Colaizzi法进行分析。结果:低年资护士感受到SBAR-床头交接班工作模式在提高主动学习、专科知识、临床沟通等方面能力的优势,但在应用中存在一定的问题。结论:SBAR-床头交接班工作模式在实施过程中显示出诸多优势,有利于提高临床护理工作质量,但其在应用中存在一定的问题,有待解决。
Objective:To investigate the real experience of junior nurses inthe implementation of situation-background-evaluation-recommendation( SBAR)bedside shift-changing model and evaluate its effect and feasibility in order to provide the reference for clinical training and practice. Methods:The 5 -week training on SBAR bedside shift-changing model was given to 60 junior nurses who have worked less than 5 years in a certain tumor hospital in Ningxia. The phenomenological research method of qualitative study was used to con-duct a semi-structured in-depth interview with 10 junior nurses who had 3-month clinical practice after attending the training,and then the results were analyzed by using Colaizzi method. Results:The junior nurses learnt the advantages of SBAR bedside shift-changing mod-el on improving the active learning and clinical communication ability,but some problems still existed in the practice. Conclusion:Applica-tion of SBAR bedside shift-changing model is conducive to improving the quality of clinical nursing care,but the problems in the practice should be solved.
