摘要
目的:探讨益气活血中药结合综合治疗对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取我院内分泌科糖尿病肾病(DN)患者113例,按随机数字表法分为中药组57例和对照组56例,对照组给予西药综合治疗方案,中药组在综合方案基础上加用益气活血汤,药物疗程2个月,6个月时进行随访。采用SF-36生存质量量表对2组患者不同阶段生理、心理、精神、社会及总积分进行评价和比较。结果:治疗2月后,中药组和对照组生理功能积分较治疗前明显降低,但是组间比较差异无统计学意义;随访时,中药组和对照组生理功能积分较治疗前明显降低,但是组间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗2个月后,中药组和对照组心理、精神积分较治疗前明显降低,且中药组积分低于对照组差异均有统计学意义;随访时,中药组和对照组心理、精神积分较治疗前明显降低,且中药组积分低于对照组差异均有统计学意义。治疗2个月后,中药组和对照组社会关系积分较治疗前明显降低,但组间比较差异无统计学意义;随访时,中药组和对照组社会关系积分较治疗前明显降低,但是组间比较差异无统计学意义。治疗2个月后,中药组和对照组生存积分较治疗前明显降低,且中药组积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;随访时,中药组和对照组生存积分较治疗前明显降低,且中药组积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:益气活血中药结合综合治疗对糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量有作用,尤其是在心理和精神方面对提高DN患者的生存质量有很大意义。
Objective： To explore effects on quality of life by Yiqihuoxue method combined with comprehensive treatment for diabetic nephropathy. Methods： One hundred thirteen patients with Diabetic nephropathy（ DN） in Endocrinology in our hospital were selected. They were divided into the TCM group（ 57 cases） and the control group（ 56cases） in random. The control group received comprehensive treatment program medicine,while the TCM group received Yiqihuoxue decoction based on comprehensive treatment program medicine. Drug treatment for 2 months,6 months followup,the SF-36 quality of life tables was used at different stages of physical,psychological and spiritual,social,and total score for evaluation and comparison. Results： 2 months after treatment and follow-up,the physiological function scores in the TCM group and the control group significantly reduced,but no significant difference（ P 0. 05） between the two groups. 2 months after treatment and follow-up,the TCM group and the control group the psychology,mental scores in the TCM group and the control group significantly reduced,and the integration of the TCM group lower than the control group.2 months after treatment and follow-up,the TCM group and the control group the social integration scores in the TCM group and the control group significantly reduced,but no significant difference between the two groups. 2 months after treatment and follow-up,the TCM group and the control group the QOL total score in the TCM group and the control group significantly reduced,and the integration of the TCM group lower than the control group. Conclusions： Yiqihuoxue method combined with comprehensive treatment for diabetic nephropathy has active effects,especially in the psychological and spiritual aspects. It has great significance for improving the quality of life to patients with DN.
