摘要
为了提高赤霞珠葡萄籽的有效利用率,本文采乙醇浸提法提取葡萄籽中的多酚,并通过响应面法优化提取条件。在单因素实验的基础上,依据Central Composite中心组合设计原理,采用Design-Expert.8.05数据分析软件,对多酚的提取进行了四因素三水平的优化分析。确立最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数59.39%,提取时间2h,提取温度82.90℃,料水比21.03,在此条件下蛋白质的提取理论值达到35.6603 mg/g。
The method of ethanol extracting was used to extract polyphenol from Cabernet Sauvignon grape seed to improve the utilization rate of grape seed, in which response surface analysis was used to optimize extraction conditions. Based on the single factor experiments, the Central Composite design principles and Design-Expert.8.05 data analysis software were used to select four parameters of response surface design to optimize extraction process. The result shows the best extraction conditions: the content of alcohol is 59.39%, extraction temperature is 82.9 ℃ ,extraction time is 2h, liquid to solid ratio is 21.03, in this condition, the theoretical value of protein extraction is 35.6603 mg/g.
