Environmental Impact of Packaging and Storage of Green Pepper

摘要 为了研究包装材料与贮藏环境对青椒的影响,并寻找对青椒合适的包装材料以及贮藏环境。使用LDPE,PP,BOPP三种包装材料并分别以有孔和无孔的两种处理的包装方式分别进行常温和冷藏方式贮藏。得出青椒在有孔的PP薄膜在冷藏环境下气调包装贮藏会有很好的保鲜效果。将青椒包装并储存在合适的具有低O2和高CO2浓度的环境中,可以更好地保留蔬菜的新鲜度和降低腐烂程度。采用PP有孔薄膜的气调包装可用于存储青椒,冷藏条件下可以在20 d内保持其质地、颜色、抗坏血酸和低腐烂度,相比之下常温条件只能存储4 d左右。 Effect of packaging materials and storage environment on green peppers is studied to find suitable packaging materials and storage environment. Three packaging materials, LDPE, PP and BOPP, treated in two holes and non-porous packaging, were stored in normal conditions and in refrigeration. The results shows that peppers in PP with holes in modified atmosphere packaging films have very good preservation effect in storage of refrigerated environment. Peppers in PP film with holes in the modified atmosphere storage of will have a good effect in refrigerated environment preservation. The peppers packed and stored in a suitable environment with low 02 and high CO2 concenWations, the freshness of which can be better retained and the decay can be reduced. PP with holes using modified alrnosphere packaging films can be used to store peppers which can maintain peppers' texture, color, ascorbic acid and low degree of decay in 20 d under refrigerated conditions, while in normal temperature conditions peppers can only be stored about 4 d.
