金针菇多糖的亚临界水萃取工艺研究 被引量:11

Study on the Subcritical Water Extraction of Polysaccharides from Flammulina velutipes

摘要 利用亚临界水萃取工艺从金针菇中提取金针菇多糖(Flammulina velutipes Polysaccharides),以多糖提取率为考察指标,采用单因素试验考察萃取压力、提取温度、水料比值和提取时间对金针菇多糖提取率的影响,并使用正交试验对萃取工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明,亚临界水萃取金针菇多糖的最优工艺条件为:萃取压力7 MPa、提取温度150℃、水料比值20 mL/g、提取时间12 min,此工艺条件下得到的金针菇多糖提取率达到5.21%。 Polysaccharides was extracted from Flammulina velutipes by subcritical water. The effects of major factors including extraction pressure, extraction temperature, liquid-material ratio and extraction time on the extraction yield of Flarnmulina velutipes polysaccharides were investigated by single factor experiment. Moreover, the optimal extraction conditions were explored by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as followings: extraction pressure of 7 MPa, extraction temperature of 150℃, liquid-material ratio of 20 mL/g, and extract time of 12 min. the extraction yield of Flammulina velutipes polysaccharides was 5.21% under the optimal extraction conditions.
