摘要
建立了同时测定食品中抗氧化剂TBHQ、BHA和BHT的高效液相色谱法。样品经甲醇提取后,以C18烷基柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,粒径5.0μm)为分析柱,甲醇-水(体积比85∶15)为流动相进行洗脱,SPD-20A紫外检测器检测,波长280 nm。结果表明,TBHQ、BHA和BHT在2~26μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9992~0.999 5,方法检出限分别为2.27×10-3,1.95×10-3和4.82×10-3μg/mL,加标回收率为86.4%~108.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于7.23%(n=6)。
Build up simultaneous determination of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), butyl hydroxy anisd (BHA) and tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) in food by high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was extracted by methyl alcohol, C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, particle size of 5.0 μm) as analytical column, methanol water (volume ratio was 85 : 15) was used as mobile phase in gradient elution, SPD-20A ultraviolet detector, the wavelength of 280 nm. The results showed that TBHQ, BHA and BHT had good linear relationship in the range of 2-26 μg/mL; the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 2-0.999 5; the detection limits were 2.27× 10-3, 1.95× 10-3 and 4.82× 10-3 μg/mL; the recovery was 86.4%-108.6%; the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 7.23% (n=6).
