摘要
以婴幼儿奶粉为研究对象,通过对比V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)分别为4∶1,5∶1,6∶1三种不同体积配比,以及15,20和25 mL的V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)=4∶1三种用量,确定最优条件15 mL V(硝酸)∶V(高氯酸)=4∶1,并在电热板湿法消解,用ICP-MS同时测定样液中10种微量金属元素含量。试验结果,方法线性范围为0~200μg/L,工作曲线的相关系数(r)均≥0.999 5。各待测元素测定的检出限为0.01~0.88 mg/kg,低、中、高3个加标水平平均回收率为84.0%~104.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.2%~4.8%。
With the-infant miik powder as the research object, by comparing three different V (nitric acid) : V (perchlofic acid)=4 : 1, 5 : 1 and 6 : 1 and three kinds of dosage of V(nitric acid) : V(perchloric acid)=4 : 1 (15, 20 and 25 mL), the optimal condition was that 15 mL V(nitric acid) and V(perchloric acid) =4 : 1, digesting in the electric heating plate, the contents of 10 trace metals elements of the sample solution was determined by ICP-MS. The linear range was 0-200μg/L, the correlation coefficients ( r )≥20.999 5. The detection limit was 0.01--0.88 mg/kg, and average recoveries were 84.0%-104.6%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) ranging from 0.2% to 4.8%.
