摘要
在试验结果的基础上,应用Ramberg-Osgood本构模型,建立了不同强力旋压工艺参数下锡磷青铜筒形件的静态本构方程,即变参数的Ramberg-Osgood模型。经检验,该模型能准确地预测强力旋压成形后筒形件的本构关系,为提高和定量描述强力旋压成形筒形件的力学性能提供理论基础。
On the basis of test results, static constitutive equation of tin phosphor bronze cylindrical parts under different power spinning process parameters was established by using Ramberg-Osgood constitutive model of variable parameters.Through inspecting, the model can accurately predict constitutive relation of power spinning formed cylindrical parts, which provides a theoretical basis for improving and quantitatively describing the mechanical property of power spinning formed cylindrical parts.
