摘要
利用32个形态遗传标记,采用逐步判别分析-聚类分析、主成分分析以及单因素方差分析,对贵州省的8个样点和2个临近的广西省、重庆市的样点,共600只东方蜜蜂工蜂进行形态遗传分析.研究结果表明,未发现贵州省的东方蜜蜂发生种群分化,贵州省各样点的东方蜜蜂与广西南宁样点和重庆万州样点发生明显分化.与广西南宁、重庆万州的东方蜜蜂相比,贵州东方蜜蜂个体和吻、翅和足等指标均较大.
A total of 600 individual worker bees of Apis cerana from eight localities in Guizhou Province and two adjacent localities in Guangxi and Chongqing were analyzed with 32 morphometric genetic characters by stepwise discriminant analysis and cluster analysis,principal component analysis and one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that no population differentiation occurred between the Apis cerana samples from Guizhou Province,but there was remarkable population differentiation occurring between the Apis cerana samples from localities in Guizhou Province and those from the two adjacent localities in Guangxi and Chongqing. Compared to those from Nanning locality of Guangxi and Wanzhou locality of Chongqing,the honeybee population from localities in Guizhou Province had bigger body size,larger wings,longer proboscis and legs.
