单侧钉棒系统内固定结合单枚Cage椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症 被引量:2

The Effect of Single Segment Fusion with Unilateral Pedicle Screw and Cage Fixation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要 目的探讨单侧神经根减压运用单枚Cage结合钉棒系统内固定椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值和疗效.方法自2005年6月至2013年8月,对58例腰椎间盘突出症患者行腰椎后路单侧神经根减压并运用单枚Cage结合单侧钉棒系统内固定椎间融合的手术进行回顾性研究.结果随访该组患者切口均一期愈合,无术后并发症发生.随访时间12~36个月,平均19个月,疗效评定按日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分评定,本组优良率为93.1%.结论单侧神经根减压后运用单枚Cage结合单侧钉棒系统内固定椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症是可行的脊柱外科技术,治疗费用低、手术操作简单、近期临床疗效满意. Objective To explore the clinical effect of unilateral nerve root decompression and single seg- ment fusion with unilateral pedicle screw and cage fixation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 58 patients with lumbar disc herniation by posterior unilateral nerve root decompression and single segment fusion with unilateral pedicle screw and cage fixation from June 2005 to Au- gust 2013. Results There were no complications after surgery and all incisions were primary healing. The pa- tients were followed up for 12 to 36 months, 19 months in average. According to JOA scores of lower lumbar pain, the rate of high quality was 93.1% . Conclusion Unilateral nerve root decompression and single segment fusion with unilateral pedicle screw and cage fixation is one of the best internal fixations for treatment of lumbar disc hernia- tion due to its advantages of lower cost, simpler operation process and satisfied short-term clinical effect.
