摘要
通过综合分析后梁支座的结构,考虑铸造工艺要求后,确定采用实型铸造工艺方案以避免采用普通砂型铸造造型困难的问题;在此基础上,确定该后梁支座的相应铸造工艺参数、浇冒口系统、工装等,并对其用华铸CAE软件进行铸造过程模拟和分析;得到了较为客观、准确的结果。
After a comprehensive analysis on girder bracket's structure, considering the casting process requirements, the way of Full Mold Casting Process was adopted to avoid the difficulty in common sand mold casting. On this basis, the corresponding casting process parameters, pouring riser systems and tooling of the girder bracket were further determined.Besides, the simulation software Hua cast CAE was used to analyze the casting process, and an objective and accurate analysis results was obtained.
