摘要
目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗糖尿病合并肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:107例糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者采用随机单盲方法分为两组,对照组接受指南推荐的标准治疗方案,治疗组加用丹红注射液静脉滴注;比较两组肛周脓肿愈合情况及入院时和出院时C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组疼痛、出血、水肿、分泌物评分明显减低(P<0.01),治疗组愈合时间明显缩短(19.8±4.5 VS 23.1±6.2,P=0.002);出院时CRP水平均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组更明显(1.53±0.52 VS 3.09±0.97,P<0.01)。结论:与标准治疗组相比,丹红注射液能够更好地抑制糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者的炎症反应,促进创面愈合。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effectsof Danhong injection on perianal abscess in patientswith diabetes.MethodsOne hundred and 7 patients with diabetes and perianal abscess were enrolled and divided into treatment group（n=53） and control group（n=54） randomly. Patients in the control groupwere treated according to the routine guideline, and patients in the treatment group were given Danhong injection infusion and standard treatments. Effects of treatments and levels of Creaction protein（CRP） were compared between the two groups.Results The baseline characteristics were similar in both groups. The scoresof pain, bleeding, edema, and exudation were well lower, and the healing time was shorter in the treatment group（all P 0.01）. The levels of CRP were decreased in both groups（P 0.01）, and the level of CRP was much low-er in the treatment group（P 0.01）.ConclusionInfusion of Danhong injection might promote the healing ofperianal abscess in patients with diabetes.
