摘要
目的:探讨四妙勇安汤加味治疗四肢骨折术后伤口周围红肿的疗效。方法:收集2012年1月-2014年6月我院收治的四肢骨折手术后伤口周围红肿患者90例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规应用七叶皂苷钠静滴治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药四妙勇安汤加味治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05);两组治疗后伤口肿胀度均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四妙勇安汤加味能够有效缓解四肢骨折术后伤口周围红肿,促进伤口愈合,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate clinial efficacy of the Si’miao Yong’an decoction on limbs fracture postoperative swelling. Methods: 90 cases of limb fracture around the wound swelling after operation, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group took the Qiye Zaodai sodium intravenous. The observation group took the Si’miao Yong’an decoction more. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was 97.78%, significantly higher than that in the control group (86.67%) (P<0.05); In two groups after treatment, swelling degree were significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Si’miao Yong’an decoction can effectively alleviate limbs fracture postoperative swelling, promote wound healing, and be worthy of popularization and application.
