人体头面部解剖标本的防腐固定技术及血管内乳胶灌注技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:改进人体头面部解剖标本的防腐固定技术及血管内乳胶关注技术。材料及分组:福尔马林浸泡固定人体头面部标本4具为对照组;新鲜人体头面部标本8具,平均分为实验组1及实验组2。方法:对照组采用传统防腐固定及60%乳胶灌注方法;实验组1采用血管内灌注15%福尔马林溶液为防腐固定方法,采用60%乳胶溶液进行血管内乳胶灌注;实验组2采用血管内贯序灌注10%~20%甘油及10%福尔马林溶液为防腐固定方法,采用20%乳胶溶液进行血管内乳胶灌注。比较三组间标本保存质量及细小血管灌注充盈质量。结果:在4周的观察期内,三组标本的防腐质量无明显差异,但标本外观、质地及小血管灌注充盈质量的比较中,实验组2优于实验组1,对照组最差。结论:以10%~20%甘油溶液对头颈部尸体标本进行预灌注,并在标本防腐固定完成之前使用20%的乳胶溶液对血管进行灌注可取得良好的标本固定及血管灌注效果。 Objective To study on improvement of anticorrosion and latex perfusion technology in human craniofacial specimens.Materials and grouping 4 formalin fixed human cranifacial specimens as the control group;8 fresh human head specimens,divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. Methods The control group using the traditional anticorrosion technology and 60%latex perfusion method;experimental group 1 using intravascular perfusion of 15%formalin solution as anticorrosion method,intravascular perfusion using 60% latex latex solution;experimental group 2 received intravascular sequential perfusion of 10% glycerol and 10% formalin solution for corrosion methods,intravascular latex perfusion with 20% latex solution.The qualities of specimens preservation and small vascular perfusion were compared between the three groups. Results In the observation period of 4 weeks,no significant difference between the three groups were observed in comparison of the quality of preservation, but the experimental group 2 was better than experimental group 1,and control group is the worst in the comparison of appearance and texture of specimens and the quality of small vascular perfusion filling. Conclusion The method of 10%-20% glycerin solution pre perfusion and 20% latex solution perfusion could obtain good fixation and vascular perfusion specimens.
