摘要
目的探讨帕罗玛1540 nm激光治疗中重度寻常痤疮的临床疗效情况及安全性。方法应用1540 nm激光对50例中重度寻常痤疮患者进行面部治疗,共治疗4次,每次间隔4周,观察患者治疗后4、8、12、16周临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗16周后50例患者基本痊愈30例,显效10例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率为98%。寻常痤疮患者治疗后16周临床治疗总有效率均高于治疗后4、8、12周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕罗玛1540 nm激光治疗中重度寻常痤疮临床症状改善明显,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment condition and safety of Palomar 1540 nm laser in the treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 50 patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris received facial treatment by 1540 nm laser for totally 4 times in each 4 weeks. Clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed in 4, 8, 12, 16 weeks after treatment. Results After 16 weeks of treatment, among the 50 patients there were 30 basically healed cases, 10 excellent cases, 9 effective cases, and 1 ineffective case. The total effective rate was 98%. The total effective rate of clinical treatment for acne vulgaris in 16 weeks after treatment were higher than that in 4, 8, 12 weeks, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Palomar 1540 nm laser can remarkably improve clinical symptoms with few adverse reactions in treating moderate and severe acne vulgaris. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
