摘要
本试验旨在研究不同饲养方式对2-10周龄四川白鹅肉鹅生长性能、羽毛生长及腿部健康的影响。采用单因素试验设计,设放养组(NGR)、网床组(NR)、发酵床组(LR)3种饲养模式。选择432只体重相近、健康的14日龄四川白鹅肉鹅,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复24只,公母各占1/2。试验期为56d。在试验第70天,进行体重、耗料、主翼羽发育测定及步态和脚垫损伤评分,同时每组挑选12只体重接近各组平均体重的试验鹅,并进行屠宰试验。结果表明:饲养方式对试验鹅末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量有显著或极显著的影响(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),依次为:发酵床组〉网床组〉放养组;发酵床组试验鹅屠体率、半净膛率、腹脂率、心脏指数显著高于放养组(P〈0.05),放养组头率极显著高于网床组和发酵床组(P〈0.01),脚率极显著高于发酵床组(P〈0.01),放养组腺胃指数显著高于网床组(P〈0.05);放养组主翼羽平均长度显著低于发酵床组(P〈0.05),平均宽度、宽度/长度比平均值均极显著高于网床组和发酵床组(P〈0.01),羽毛评分极显著低于网床组和发酵床组(P〈0.01),网床组100根正羽重显著高于发酵床组(P〈0.05);发酵床组步态评分显著低于网床组(P〈0.05),脚垫评分显著低于网床组和放养组(P〈0.05)。由此可见,采用网床饲养能够提高四川白鹅肉鹅生长性能,放养有助于改善肉鹅的羽毛生长及健康状况,而发酵床饲养则有助于改善肉鹅腿部、脚垫健康。
This experiment was conducted to study effects of rearing system on growth performance, plumages development and leg health of Sichuan white meat geese aged from 2 to 10 weeks. Four hundred and thirty two healthy 14-day-old Sichuan white meat geese with similar body weight were used in a single factorial design tri- al and randomly allocated into 3 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 24 geese in each replicate. The 3 groups of geese were raised in 3 rearing system, they were net combining ground rearing (NGR), net rearing (NR), and deep-litter rearing (LR), respectively. The feeding experiment lasted for 56 days. Twelve geese per group were picked up on the basis of individual weight immediate to the average weight of every group on 70 days of the experiment were used in a slaughter test, and meanwhile the body weight, feed consumption, length and width of primaries, and health indicators of geese were measured on that day. The results showed as follows: rearing system had significant effects on the final weight, average daily gain and daily feed intake (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ), and LR〉NR〉NGR. The dressed percentage, percentage of hal-eviscerated yield, percentage of abdominal fat and heart index of LR were significantly higher than those of NGR (P〈0.05), the percentage of head of NGR was significantly higher than those of NR and LR ( P〈0.01 ), and the percentage of foot of NGR was significantly higher than that of LR ( P〈0.01 ), the proventriculus index of NGR was significantly higher than that of NR (P〈0.05). The average length of primaries of NGR was significantly lower than that of LR (P〈0.05), the average width and the ratio of average width to length of primaries were significantly higher than that of NR and LR (P〈0.01), and the plumage scoring of NGR was significantly lower than that of NR and LR ( P〈0.01 ), the weight of 100 plumages of NR was significantly higher than that of LR (P〈0.05). The gait scoring of LR was significantly lower than that of NR (P〈0.05), and the foot pad scoring of LR was significantly lower than that of NR and NGR (P〈0.05). The results suggest that for rearing system of meat geese, NR can improve performance of geese, NGR can improve plumage development and healthy of geese, and LR can make the leg and foot of geese more healthy.
