摘要 教学实习作为师范生培养体系的重要组成部分,在师范生实习支教政策持续执行的当下,发挥着不可忽视的重要作用,而实习评价是客观反映实习效果,确保实习支教质量的有效手段和重要环节。因此,尽快改革完善目前的评价体系,优化评价量表、结合质性评价、丰富评价内容、完善评价方式、反馈评价结果是教学实习评价不容忽视的内容,这不仅关系到师范生的专业发展,更是合格师资培养的重要保障。 As the policy of the teaching practice of the normal school students continue to implement, it is an important part of the normal students training system and still plays an important part in it. Practice evaluation is an objective reflection of the effect of the practice and the effective means to ensure the quality of teaching practice.Therefore, the current evaluation system should be reformed as soon as possible. The evaluation scale needs to be optimized. Practice evaluation and qualitative evaluation should depend on need. The evaluation content needs to be enriched. Evaluation methods need to be improved. The results of evaluation need to be checked. These measures can not be neglected in the process of practice in teaching evaluation. These measures are not only beneficial to the professional development of normal students, but also are important guarantee for the training of qualified teachers.
