深圳市宝安区西乡街道印刷企业职业病危害现状调查 被引量:3

Investigation on occupational hazards of printing enterprises in Xixiang street,Bao'an district of Shenzhen

摘要 目的了解深圳市宝安区西乡街道印刷企业职业病危害基本情况,为该行业开展有效的职业卫生防护和监督管理工作提供科学依据。方法对辖区内30家印刷企业进行职业卫生现状调查,并对工作场所职业病危害因素进行检测。结果印刷企业职业卫生管理措施落实率低,只有0.0%~43.3%。工作场所中存在的职业病危害因素种类有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丙酮、丁酮、正己烷、噪声等,其中合格率较低的职业病危害因素是甲苯、正己烷、噪声,其合格率分别为95.6%、93.8%和74.2%。甲苯超标的岗位为印刷机位和版房清洁岗位,正己烷超标的岗位为版房清洁岗位,噪声超标岗位主要是折页机位、印刷机位。结论本辖区印刷企业应当重点预防苯、甲苯、正己烷、噪声对工人的危害,加强印刷机位、版房清洁岗位、折页机位的职业卫生防护措施,落实好各项职业卫生管理措施,促进印刷行业的健康发展。 Objective To investigate the basic situation of occupational hazards in printing industries enterprises in Xixiang street; so as to provide scientific basis for developping effective occupational health protection and performing monitoring and supervision in this industry. Methods To investigate the basic occupational health status of 30 printing enterprises and the occupational hazards factors in workplace. Results The implementation rate of the occupational health management measures was low,only with 0. 0%- 43. 3%. Benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,butyl acetate,acetone,butanone,n- hexane and noise were the main occupational hazard factors in workplace,among which the lower qualified rates of occupational hazards factors were toluene,n- hexane,noise,with the passing rates of 95. 6%,93. 8% and 74. 2% respectively. Toluene exceeded in printing position and cleaning position of plate room,and n- hexane exceeded in printing position and cleaning position of plate room,noise exceeded in folding machines position,printing position. Conclusion The printing enterprise in this distric should focus on the prevention of benzene,toluene,n- hexane,noise harm to workers,and the occupational health protection facilities of printing position,cleaning position of plate room and folding machines position should be strengthened,so as to implement the occupational health management measures and promote the healthy development of the printing industry.
