摘要
目的了解2014年兰州市市售冷冻饮品中甜味剂添加情况。方法根据GB/T 2009.28—2003中高效液相色谱法对糖精钠、安赛蜜进行检测,根据GB/T 2009.97—2003中毛细管气相色谱法对甜蜜素进行检测,同时根据GB 2760—2014对结果进行判定。结果抽检的42份自制饮料中糖精钠的检出率为57.14%,安赛蜜的检出率为50.00%,甜蜜素的检出率为47.62%,总体甜味剂的合格率为78.57%。同时连锁店和街边店中甜味剂残留量差异具有统计学意义,糖精钠(χ2=0.66,P<0.05),安赛蜜(χ2=1.56,P<0.05),甜蜜素(χ2=2.58,P<0.05)。结论市售冷冻饮品中甜蜜素有过量添加的情况,不同冷饮零售点冷冻饮品甜味剂残留量差异有统计学意义,有关部门应加强对街边冷饮零售点的质量监管。
Objective To investigate the sweetener additive level of market- sale frozen drinks in Lanzhou in 2014.Methods Sodium saccharin and Acesulfame- K were detected with high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) by GB / T2009. 28—2003,sodium cyclamate was detected with capillary gas chromatography( GC) by GB / T 2009. 97—2003. The results were assayed according to GB 2760—2014. Results For the 42 self- control beverage samples,the detection rate of sodium saccharin was 57. 14%,that of Acesulfame- K was 50. 00%,and that of sodium cyclamate was 47. 62%. The overall sweetener qualified rate was 78. 57%. Meanwhile,the sweetener residue differences between in chain stores and streets stores had statistics significance,with sodium saccharin( χ2= 0. 66,P〈0. 05),Acesulfame- K( χ2= 1. 56,P〈0. 05),and sodium cyclamate( χ2= 2. 58,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The maket- sale frozen drinks has excessive add situation of sweentener. The differences of sweet pesticide residues in the different frozen drinks have statistical significance. Therefore,the relevant departments should strengthen the quality supervision on the street- sale frozen drinks.
