MUC1在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展

摘要 MUC1是一种多功能蛋白,具有复杂的结构和功能,在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。充分了解这种分子可为开发新的MUC1为基础的生物标志物和治疗癌症策略提供依据。笔者从MUC1的结构、功能、亚型、蛋白分布及基因的表达调控等方面,分析了MUC1与肿瘤发生发展的关系,同时综述了MUC1在子宫内膜癌研究领域的进展。 MUCl is a multifunctional protein with complex structure and function,which plays an important role in cancer development.Fully aware of this molecule,it can provide a theoretical basis for the development of new MUCl-base cancer biomarkers and therapeutic strategies.From the structure,function,subtype,protein distribution,gene expression of MUCl etc,author analyzes the relationship between MUCl and the development of tumor.At the same time,the research progress on MUCl in endometrial carcinoma was reviewed.
