摘要
为了完善开发区土地集约利用评价理想值确定方法,使得开发区的评价结果更具客观性、整体性与横向可比性,以湖北省现有开发区为例,基于聚类分析的方法将湖北省开发区分为4大类,并采用"基准值*修正系数法"为每大类开发区设置统一的指标理想值,以期各开发区之间的评价结果可比,从而更好地指导开发区向土地集约利用的方向发展。
To improve the method of ideal value setting and compare the level of intensive land use of the development zones ob- jectively and integrity, this paper, taking existing development zones of Huhei Province as case, uses the method based on cluste- ring analysis to divide the development zones into four categories, and makes the evaluation results comparable by establishing a unified standard for each categories based on "Base Value * Correction Coefficient". In this way, the evaluation results can better guide the development of intensive land use zones.
