摘要
2013—2014年,对27份陆地棉种质材料的主要农艺性状进行了研究和聚类分析。结论表明,各材料之间的皮棉产量相差较大,其原因主要是单株成铃数变化较大,衣分相对稳定;其中,1421,1420和1424皮棉产量较高,综合性状较好。变异分析结果表明,农艺性状的变异系数较大,纤维品质性状变异系数较小。聚类分析结果表明,27份种质材料聚为A,B共2个类群,其中,A类群材料为产量中等偏下、品质中等偏上;B类群材料为高秆、高衣分、高产量,而纤维品质一般。
In 2013 and 2014, main agronomic characters and the clustering analysis of 27 upland cotton germplasms were studied.The result showed that there were large difference between the germplasms on lint yield, it might be attributed to variable bolls per plant,and lint percentage was relatively stable. Lint yield of 1421, 1420 and 1424 were higher, and their other comprehensive traits were also better. The result of variation analysis indicated that coefficient of agronomic traits variation was large, while fiber quality variation coefficient was small. The result of clustering analysis revealed that 27 germplasms were classified as Grade A and Grade B, Grade A were groups whose lint yield was moderate to inferior, and fiber quality above average. While Grade B were high stalk, high lint percentage,high yield and common fiber quality.
