摘要
针对镐形截齿冲击韧性偏低,从组织方面分析了产生冲击韧性低的原因,结果表明,截齿冲击韧性偏低的原因与截齿材料存在过多的非金属夹杂物、截齿材料组织粗大,组织中存在过多的典型贝氏体组织有关。通过控制截齿材料非金属夹杂物数量,调整后续的热处理工艺,截齿芯部获得索氏体组织,可改善截齿材料的冲击韧性。
Aiming at the lower toughness of coal mining machine conical picks, the causes were analyzed by microstructure. The results showed that the lower toughness is caused by too much non-metallic inclusion and the coarse microstructure, too much typical bainitie structure in the microstructure of pick. Control the inclusion content of pick materials, adjusting the heat treatment process and the center of pick obtains sorbite structure can improve the impact toughness of coal mining machine pick.
