摘要
对采煤机减速器主轴质量优化给出一种方案。利用Creo2.0建立三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元模型建立,求解并后处理,分析质量优化的可行性。通过质量敏感度曲线给出合理优化参数,使质量降低24.3%,并保证了强度要求,为轻量化设计提供了新的思路。
A scheme was given for miner reducer shaft mass optimization. The three-dimensional modeling was built by creo2.0, introduced into ANSYS Workbench and create the finite element model,solution and post-processing, analysis the feasibility of mass optimization. The reasonable optimize parameter was put forward based on mass sensitivity curve, the mass reduction by 24.3%, ensure the strength requirement, put forward a new method for mass optimization.
