摘要
基于小波在时-频两域均能表征信号局部特征的特点,采用小波分解和小波包分解对掘进机三方向振动信号进行分解重构,比较sym4小波,sym5小波和小波包对振动信号的去噪能力,选择sym4对振动信号进行处理,获取掘进机振动信号的特征频率和振动峰值,掘进机截割头的主振频率在2~4 Hz内,振动峰值在11 gn左右。
Because the time-frequency local feature can be well shown by wavelet, three directions vibration signals of the roadheader were reconstructed by using wavelet decomposition and wavelet packet decomposition. Comparing the ability of sym4 wavelet, sym5 wavelet and wavelet packet to denoise vibration signal, the sym4 wavelet was chosen to denoise vibration signal. The characteristic frequency of the vibration signal and vibration peaks were obtained. The main vibration frequency of cutter-head was 2~4 Hz,and the vibration peak was around 11 gn.
