摘要
介绍了矿用地轨车辆紧急制动系统中优化后的离心限速器的结构和工作原理,并运用多学科建模仿真软件AMESim建立了动力学模型,仿真分析了坡道倾角对离心限速器滑动轴伸出位移的影响。根据仿真结果,指出了制动开关的合理布置区域。
Introduces the structure and working principle of the optimizational centrifugal speed limiter used in emergency braking system of mine-used rail vehicle,AMESim is used to build its dynamic simulation model, the effect of the ramp angle to the displacement of sliding shaft is analyzed.Based on the result,the position of the switch was designated.
