Investigation on the Friction and Wear Behaviors of EVA/EPDM Cross-linked and Foamed Material

摘要 利用DIN磨耗机和止滑性能测试仪研究了乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)不同共混组成共混物(EVA/EPDM)的交联发泡材料的摩擦磨损行为过程.发现随着EPDM的质量分数从0增加到50%,其摩擦系数逐渐增大;而当EPDM质量分数为20%时磨耗体积达到最大值,随后减小.发泡剂和交联剂用量的变化对摩擦系数影响不大.这是由于材料各组分分子结构、材料微观泡孔结构和材料力学性能的变化引起的,而材料的摩擦和磨损又相伴相生相互影响. The friction and wear behaviors of the blend EVA/EPDM cross-linked and foamed material of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber (EPDM) with different blending compositions are investigated with DIN wear machine and the fric- tion coefficient test instrument. It is found that the friction coefficient increases with increase of the EPDM mass fraction from 0 to 50% and the wear volume reaches a maximum at the EPDM mass fraction of 20% and then it decreases. Both the blowing agent and cross-linking agent have a little effect on the friction coefficient. These are dependent on the change of molecular structure, cell structure and mechanical properties of the EVA/EPDM cross-linked and foamed material.
