摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备V2O5/硅藻土催化剂,用于光皮树油催化裂解制备生物基燃料,考察催化剂用量、裂解时间和裂解温度对裂解油收率的影响,采用响应面法对裂解工艺条件进行优化。实验结果表明,裂解温度对裂解油收率的影响最大,且裂解时间和裂解温度相互作用最大;当光皮树油原料为200 g时,响应面法优化得到的最优工艺条件为:V2O5/硅藻土催化剂用量0.14%(w)、裂解温度480℃、裂解时间59 min,在此条件下裂解油收率可达83.53%;裂解油的主要组分的碳数集中在C7~18,主要组分为烷烃、烯烃、羧酸、醛和醇等。
The V2O5/DE(DE:diatomite) catalyst was prepared and used in the catalytic cracking of Cornus wilsoniana oil to bio-fuel. The effects of catalyst dosage,cracking temperature and cracking time on the product yield were investegated by means of the response surface method. The results he strangest. Under the optimal conditions of catalyst dosage 0.28 g,Cornus wilsoniana oil dosage 200 g,cracking temperature 480 ℃ and cracking time 59 min,the conversion of Cornus wilsonianaoil reached 83.53%. The products mainly consisted of alkanes,alkenes,carboxylic acids,aldehydes and alcohols of C7-18.
