摘要
为进一步提高八宝工业园选煤厂的煤泥浮选效果,提升节能减排水平,采用PAD-2000型重力流态式矿浆预处理器代替管道式煤浆预处理器,对煤浆进行预处理。介绍了重力流态式矿浆预处理器的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并分析了其在八宝工业园选煤厂的应用效果。实践表明:该矿浆预处理器投入使用后,煤浆预处理效果好,在入选原煤煤质不变和浮选产品指标基本相同的条件下,捕收剂和起泡剂的用量分别节省19.95%和18.37%。
In order to further improve flotation effect of coal slime and enhance energy saving or emission reduction in Babao industrial area coal preparation plant,PAD- 2000 gravity flow type pulp preprocessor is used instead of pipe type one. Introduced structure,working principle,technical features and parameters of this equipment as well as analyzed its use in coal preparation plant. The application shows that this pulp preprocessor can serve coal slime well,cutting down by 19. 95% and 18. 37% respectively on collecting agent and frothing agent under a condition of the same feed raw coal and product indicators.
