巨大胸腺脂肪瘤1例

摘要患者男，18岁，因活动后胸闷、气短3个月，纵膈占位于2014年6月9日入院。人院查体：血压110／70mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），心率570次/min，律不齐；胸廓对称，无畸形，未见浅表静脉曲张，右侧呼吸运动减弱；
