摘要 黄精来源于百合科黄精属polygonatum mill黄精[1]p.sibircum Red、滇黄精P.jingianum coll.et hemsl、多花黄精pcyrtonerna hua的干燥根茎,黄精属药用植物资源丰富,我国分布多达30余种。黄精为常用中药,始载于《名医别录》:"味甘,平,无毒。主补中益气,除风湿,安五脏。久服轻身延年不饥"。现代研究亦发现具有降低血脂、血糖以及延长动物寿命等作用[2]。黄精历代生制兼用,但传统认为生用"刺人咽喉",故多炮制后使用。通过炮制以达到减毒增效的作用。本文从黄精炮制历史沿革以及对不同产地不同炮制时间对黄精含水量、外观色泽、麻舌感(刺人咽喉)、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、多糖含量等指标的测定,阐明黄精炮制机理,确定最佳蒸制工艺,进一步研究其药效物质基础提供参考依据。 Polygenetic mill, P.sibircum Red, P.jingianum coll.et hemsl and Polygenetic pcyrtonerna hua dry root are all from Liliaceous Polygenetic. There are as many as 30 kinds of Polygenetic resources of medicinal plants distributing in our country. Polygonatum is a com-monly traditional Chinese medicine, only contained in the Mingyi Bielu: "sweet, flat, non-toxic, benefit, it could not only get rid of rheumatism but also comfort five organs". Polygonatum can be used both in row and steaming, but the traditional view thought the raw was "prickly throat", so often steamed them before use. Attached by concocting can achieve synergy effect. This article summarized Polygenetic fabricat-ed history and the different habitats of different processing time on the precise moisture content, appearance and color, test(stinging throat),water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract, polysaccharide content and other indicators of the determination, to clarify processing mecha-nism and determine the optimal steaming process, and further study would provide reference material base for efficacy.
