摘要 目的研究以病例为引导的培训法在透析室护士规范化培训中的成效。方法选定透析1室10名和透析2室10名护士作为研究对象,选择抽签的方式决定透析1室护士作为CBS培训班,透析2室护士作为LBL培训班。对比分析CBS培训与LBL培训的差异。结果通过采用不同培训模式对透析室护士成绩进行考核,CBS培训班理论与技能考核成绩明显优于LBL培训班。结论CBS培训法应用于护士规范化培训中,取得了良好的效果,在培养护士综合能力及素质方面成效显著。 Objective To study the effect of case based training method on standardization training of nurse in dialysis room. Methods Selecting dialysis room 1 of 10 nurses and dialysis room 2 of 10 nurses as the research objects, and nurses in dialysis room 1 as CBS training class and nurses in dialysis room 2 as LBL training class according to draw lots. The difference between CBS training and LBL training was comparatively analyzed. Results By using different training mode to evaluate the performance of nurses in the dialysis room, the theory and skill examination result of the CBS training class were better than those of the LBL class. Conclusion The CBS training method was applied to nurse standardized training, and had obtained the good effect. effective in promoting the nurses comprehensive ability and quality. The CBS training method had a remarkable effect on the cultivation of nurses' comprehensive ability and quality.
