摘要
目的对老年心血管病患者进行中西医结合康复护理的疗效进行分析。方法选取对我院2011年1月—2012年12月接诊105例患老年心血管疾病患者作为研究对象,进行中西医结合康复护理,并对患者康复护理前后的的心理状态及日常健康行为以及生活质量等的各项指标进行对比。结果经过中西医结合康复护理干预后,大部分患者在日常健康行为及对疾病的认知上均优于干预前。两者比较差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心血管病患者实施中西医结合的康复护理,能够有效地改善患者的心理状态和日常健康相关的行为,对提高患者的日常生活及生存质量具有积极的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrated medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cardiovas-cular disease. Methods 105 cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected as the research objects. They received integrated medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing. The psychological status of patients before and after rehabilitation nursing, daily health behaviors, and quality of life were compared. Results After integrated medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention, the majority of patients in daily health behaviors and the cognition to the dis-ease are better than before, and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with cardiovascular, inte-grated medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the patient＇s psychological state and daily health related be-havior, and has the positive significance to improve the daily life and the quality of life of patients.
