摘要
以高铁大号码道岔现场实际发生的故障为例,通过现场测试调试,结合道岔集中监测和缺口监测综合分析,总结出大号码道岔的客观变化规律,提出运用过程中存在问题的维护经验,以期预防及减少高铁大号码道岔设备故障。
Taking the failures of large-number turnout for high-speed rail in field as an example, we make a comprehensive analysis on centralized switch monitor and gap monitor and summarize the varying pattern of large-number turnout through field test and debugging. We point out some maintenance problems in the operation process of turnout in order to prevent and reduce the faults of high-speed railway turnout.
