摘要
为研究装配式钢筋混凝土框架结构柱纵向钢筋与基础的黏结性能,针对预埋波纹套管中的钢筋与高强浇筑料黏结锚固,进行了16组共计48个试件的抗拔试验。研究了波纹套管直径D、钢筋直径d、波纹套管直径D与钢筋直径d的比值D/d、钢筋锚固长度la等因素对钢筋锚固性能的影响。试验结果表明:所有试件的钢筋均能受拉屈服,在钢筋受拉屈服前没有发生波纹套管被拔出或破坏的情况;当(D/d)la〉20d时,受拉钢筋应力能达其抗拉强度fu。在实际工程中,建议D/d取2~3,当D/d=2时,钢筋锚固长度la=15d;当D/d=3时,钢筋锚固长度la=10d;当D/d为中间值时,钢筋锚固长度在15d和10d之间线性插值。
For studying the connection property of longitudinal rebar of fabricated reinforced concrete frame column to foundation, aiming at the bonding strength of column rebar anchorage in embedded corrugated sleeve with high strength grout, forty-eight rebar pull-out tests, under sixteen groups, were carried out. Influence factors of bonding strength such as the diameter of corrugated sleeve, the diameter of rebar, the diameter ratio of corrugated sleeve and rebar, the anchorage length of column rebar, etc. were studied. The test results validate: all column rebars yield before the sleeves are extracted or damaged. The stress of the rebar can reach its ultimate tensile strength when (D/d) 1a is greater than 20d. In the practical engineering, the diameter ratio of the corrugated sleeve to the rebar is limited form two to three. The anchorage length of rebar is fifteen times of the diameter of rebar when the diameter ratio of the corrugated sleeve to the rebar is two; the anchorage length of rebar is ten times of the diameter of rebar when the diameter ratio of the corrugated sleeve to the rebar is three ; and the anchorage length of rebar is the linear interpolation between fifteen times and ten times of the diameter when the diameter ratio of the corrugated sleeve to the rebar isbetween two and three.
