摘要
结合矿山安全生产的实际需求,在对提升机盘闸制动系统原理和在线监测参数分析研究的基础上,对闸瓦间隙、制动正压力、制动盘偏摆量和制动系统油压的在线监测技术进行了研究,并开发了软件系统和硬件系统,实现了提升机制动装置关键参数的无间断连续在线监测。
In combination with actual demands of safe production in mines, after analyzing the working principle of disc braking system of the hoist and online monitoring parameters, the technology of online monitoring the clearance between brake shoes, the positive braking pressure, the deflection of braking disc and the pressure of braking system was studied, and the software system and the hardware system were developed. Thus, ceaseless online monitoring for key parameters of the hoist brake was realized.
