摘要
蓄能器是液压瞬时制动系统的辅助动力源,对系统的速度控制起到关键作用。通过建立皮囊式蓄能器的数学模型,并通过AMESim软件对模型进行了相应的仿真计算,分析了蓄能器充气压力和配置方式对活塞杆运动速度的影响。结果表明,蓄能器充气压力为系统额定压力的50%~75%,且采用单个蓄能器作用时,对液压制动系统的速度控制有利。
The accumulator, as the auxiliary power supply of the hydraulic instantaneous braking system, plays a key role in speed control of the system. After establishing the mathematical model of a bag-type accumulator, the corresponding simulation and calculation on the model in AMESim was conducted, and the influence of inflation pressure and configuration mode of the accumulator on the speed of piston rod was analyzed. Results showed: the inflation pressure of the accumulator was 50% ~75% of the system pressure; while single accumulator being applied, the speed control of the hydraulic braking system was superior.
