摘要
电动汽车在减少化石燃料消耗和CO2排放方面有着重要的意义。越来越多的电动汽车接入电网,对电力系统配套电网及电能质量将产生不可忽视的影响。通过分析充电设施接入配电网的典型方式,预判充电设施用电需求、电力负荷总量并分析电网接纳能力,对比分析了居民区、公共停车场、公交专属场站、出租车专属场站等不同场景下充电负荷对原负荷的影响情况,进而提出配套电网建设改造规划的原则,为大规模电动汽车充电设施接入配套电网建设提供参考。
Electric vehicles provide a significant opportunity for reducing the consumption of fossil energy and the emission of carbon dioxide. With more and more electric charging facility integrated in the power systems,the impact on the power system distribution network and power quality cannot be ignored now. This paper analyzes the typical mode of charging infrastructure integrating to the distribution network,the prediction of the power demand and power load of the charging infrastructure,and the acceptance ability of power grid. The influence of charge load in different scenarios is analyzed,including residential areas,public parking,exclusive bus stations and exclusive taxi stations,and then the principles of power grid construction planning are proposed,which will provide references to large-scale electric vehicle charging facility integrating to distribution network.
