摘要
选择1日龄健康肉仔鸡480只,随机分为4组,在饮水中添加复合发酵制剂:试验Ⅰ组(1∶200倍稀释)、试验Ⅱ组(1∶400倍稀释)、试验Ⅲ组(1∶800倍稀释)、对照组。结果显示:(1)生产性能。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的平均日增重比对照组分别提高11.48%和6.72%(P<0.05),料肉比分别比对照组降低了6.88%和4.23%(P<0.05),平均日采食量高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)免疫器官指数。21日龄时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组脾脏指数、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组,分别提高了4.22%和3.61%(P<0.05)、29.20%和14.16%(P<0.05)。(3)疫苗免疫效果。21日龄时,试验组ND抗体滴度均高于对照组(P<0.05),其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ组抗体滴度相同,比对照组高出13.04%(P>0.05);Ⅰ组AI抗体滴度低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组抗体滴度均高于对照组,分别提高了11.34%和8.25%(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄芪-枯草芽孢杆菌复合发酵制剂能够提高肉鸡的生产性能和免疫功能,完全可以替代抗生素使用。
To investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis-astragalus compound preparation on growth performance,index of immune organs and efficiency of vaccination in broilers.480one-day-old broilers were randomly assigned to 4groups:I(feeding the compound preparation with 200 times dilution),Ⅱ(the preparation with 400 times dilution),Ⅲ(the preparation with 800 times dilution),negative control.Results are as follows:compared with control group,the daily weight gain of group Ⅱ andⅢ was improved by 11.48%(P〈0.05)and 6.72%(P〈0.05),respectively.The feed conversion rate was reduced by 6.88%(P〈0.05)and 4.23%(P〈0.05)respectively.And the average daily feed intake of those groups were higher than control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).At 21 days of age,the spleen index and bursal index of group Ⅱ and Ⅲwere significantly higher than control group by 4.22%,3.61%,29.20%and 14.16%(P〈0.05),respectively.At 21 days of age,the ND antibody titer of three test groups were all elevated than control group(P〉0.05).The group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were both elevated by 13.04%.The AI antibody titer of group I was lower than control(P〈0.05)at 21 days of age.With regard to the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the AI antibody titer were both higher than control(P〈0.05)by 11.34 % and 8.25%,respectively.The results indicated that Bacillus subtilis-astragalus compound preparation can be an ideal alternative to antibiotics.
