摘要
水下3 000 m处环境温度较低,为了分析水下环境温度对O形圈密封性能的影响,通过ANSYS软件建立了O形圈静密封的二维模型,分析了水下O形圈在空载和承载状态接触应力、切应力、等效应力的变化。结果表明:水下O形圈各种应力均满足密封要求,但应力值变大,更容易发生破坏。
In the low temperature environment of 3000 meters underwater,in order to analyse the effect of the environment temperature on the performance of O-ring sealing,the two-dimensional model of static seal O-ring was established by ANSYS software. It also described the stress variation of underwater O-ring for the no-load and bearing station,the stress include contact stress shear stress and Von-Mises stress. The results showed that the stress of underwater o-ring was able to meet the sealing requirements,however it could have larger stress and more likely to casue failure.
