摘要
骨骼肌卫星细胞(skeletal satellite cells)是静止的单核肌细胞,位于膜末端分化的肌纤维和基底膜之间。这类细胞在成年的肌肉组织中原本是静止的,不仅是能量储备的资源,也能够通过增殖影响由于损伤而引起的肌肉再生。长期以来,卫星细胞一直被认为是干细胞,其来源是一类更原始的干细胞。文章针对骨骼肌卫星细胞的起源、功能、自我更新的分子调节机制,基因治疗及其可能的信号通路作一概述。
Skeletal muscle satellite cells are still mononucleated myogenic cells,located between the sarcolemma and the basement membrane of terminally- differentiated muscle fibres. Such cells are originally stationary in adult muscle tissue,which not only are the resources of energy reserve,but can affect muscle regeneration caused by injury through the proliferation. For a long time,the satellite cells have always been considered as the stem cells,which are derived from more- primitive stem cells. This paper overviews the origin and function of the skeletal muscle satellite cells,self- renewal molecular mechanisms,gene therapy and the possible signal pathway.
