摘要
研究中药生脉饮与黄芩茎叶总黄酮合剂(以下简称生黄合剂)对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠免疫调节机制的影响,探讨生黄合剂治疗VMC的免疫调节机制。用柯萨奇病毒B组3型(CVB3)感染BALB/c小鼠建立VMC模型,随机分为正常组、生黄合剂治疗组、生脉饮组、抗病毒口服液组、病毒对照组。药物治疗组均灌胃给药,0.2ml/10g,一日2次。感染病毒10d后,应用HE染色观察各组小鼠心肌损伤情况及小鼠的生存情况,应用流式细胞术检测各组小鼠脾脏CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞水平。应用生黄合剂治疗后小鼠各脏器出现的病理性损伤明显减轻,CD3+及CD4+T细胞数量增加(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于模型组(P<0.05)。生黄合剂可通过调节机体的T淋巴细胞比例来发挥其有益的免疫调节作用。
Research on traditional Chinese medicine Shengmaiyin and Scutellaria baicalensis stem leaf total flavonoid mixture (hereinafter referred to as the student Huang Heji) on viral myocarditis (VMC) mice immune regulation mechanism, To inves- tigate the immune regulation mechanism of Sheng Huang reagent in the treatment of VMC. Group 3 with Coxsackie ]3 virus (CVB3) infection in Balb/c mice to establish the model of VMC, were randomly divided into normal group, Sheng Huang rea- gent group, Shengmai group, Antiviral Oral-Liquid group, VMC group. The drug therapy group were gavaged, 0.2ml/10g, two times a day. After 10 days of virus infection by HE staining, survival of mice were observed in mice with myocardial injury and the application of CD3^+ , CD4^+ , flow, the levels of CD8^+T lymphocyte were detected in mouse spleen cytometry. Appli cation of sheng-huang composition after treatment, pathological damage to various organs of mice appeared significantly reduce ,the number of CD3^+ and CD4^+ T cells were increased (P〈0.05), CD4^+ and /CD8^+ ratio was higher than that in the model group (P〈0.05). Sheng Huang reagent through T lymphocyte proportion regulating body to exert their beneficial role in im mune regulation.
