摘要
目的探讨应用六西格玛管理法缩短ICU急诊CT检查前准备时间,为患者的治疗和诊断赢得宝贵时间,提高医疗护理质量,提高患者对医疗护理服务的满意度。方法根据六西格玛5步法(即定义、测量、分析、改进、控制)对ICU急诊CT检查前护士准备流程进行改进管理,包括成立六西格玛管理小组,测量ICU急诊CT检查前护士准备时间,分析影响ICU急诊CT检查前护士准备的时间因素,改进影响急诊CT检查前护士准备时间的措施,制订控制措施。结果 ICU急诊CT检查前护士准备时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论应用六西格玛管理方法能有效缩短ICU急诊CT检查前护士的准备时间,提高了工作质量与效率,为病人赢得治疗抢救的最佳时间。To explore the application of Six Sigma management method in reducing the preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan,
Objective To explore the application of Six Sigma management method in reducing the preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan, so as to win valuable time for the diagnosis and treatment of patients, improve the quality of medical care and patient satisfaction.Methods The preparation process before ICU emergent CT scan was managed and improved in accordance with the 5 steps of Six Sigma (define, measure, analyze, improve, control), including the establishment of Six Sigma management team, measuring preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan, analysis of influence factors of preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan, improvement of influence factors of preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan, and formulating control measures.Results Preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan was reduced (P〈0.01).Conclusion Application of Six Sigma management method can effectively reduce the preparation time before ICU emergent CT scan, improve the quality and efficiency of medical care and win valuable time for the treatment of patients.
