摘要 目的针对医院9年来所开展的新员工岗前培训工作进行总结,探索一套新员工岗前培训模式和精品课程。方法以2014年岗前培训效果无记名调查数据为基础,进行数据分析。结果教师教学态度满意度得分最高;不同学历、专业在培训实用性、效果、授课深度与广度、授课条理性方面得分差异均有统计学意义。结论医院岗前培训的时间安排、培训内容实用性、针对性及教师教学态度对培训效果有一定程度的影响。 Objective To summarize the past 9 years' pre-employment training among new staff in this hospital and to explore the pre-employment training model and excellent courses for new staff.Methods According to the effect data of pre-employment training collected from the anonymous investigation in 2014, we conducted data analysis.Results The score of teachers' teaching attitude satisfaction was the highest; the scores of staff with different education background or from different majors had statistically significant differences in aspects of training practicability, efficiency, teaching depth and scope and teaching logic.Conclusion The time arrangement, practicability and pertinence of training content and teachers' teaching attitude of pre-employment training can influence the training effect to some extent.
