摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的表达水平及其与病理特征的相关性。方法收集2012年6月至2014年6月本院NSCLC患者手术切除的病理组织标本76例,采用免疫组织化学法测定肺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达水平。结果 NSCLC组织中VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁正常组织(χ2=42.3693、35.3032、34.4533,P<0.01);腺癌中VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达水平高于鳞癌,但差异无显著性(χ2=2.0234、1.3189、2.8533,P>0.05);VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达与TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05),与组织分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC中VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1表达水平可在一定程度上预测肿瘤侵袭、转移情况,VEGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1表达在不同程度上相互作用促进NSCLC恶化。
Objective To explore the expression of VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), and the correlation with pathological stage, histological type, invasion and metastasis. Method A total of 76 pathological specimens of NSCLC from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were collected. The expression of VEGF, MMP-9, and TIMP-1 in lung cancer and adjacent normal tissues were measured by using immunohistochemistry. Result The expression of VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than in adjacent normal tissues(χ2= 42.3693, 35.3032, 34.4533, P〈0.01), the expression of VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 in adenocarcinoma were higher than the scales cancer(χ2= 2.0234, 1.3189, 2.8533, P〉0.05), the expression of VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). The expression of VEGF, MMP-9 TIMP-1 had no relation to the degree of histological differentiation(P〉0.05). Conclusion VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 expression levels in small cell lung cancer can be predicted to some extent situation of invasion and metastasis, VEGF, MMP-9, TIMP-1 expression in varying degrees, to promote the deterioration of the interaction in NSCLC.
