摘要
维纳滤波器在处理信号时具有简单快速且边界保持效果较好的特点,通常在图像处理中,维纳滤波器都是用于模糊图像的去噪和恢复。本文将维纳滤波用于图像的模糊化处理上,使车牌区域和非车牌区域经维纳滤波处理以后有很明显的区分,更有利于车牌的定位。基本方法是利用HSV空间,提取出车牌图像的饱和层,然后调节自适应维纳滤波器的滤波窗口,使图像中的非车牌区域模糊化,最后采用形态学处理等方法实现车牌的最终定位。研究结果表明,采用本文所提出的车牌定位方法在定位速度以及识别效率方面优势明显。
Wiener filter has simple, fast, and better edge preservation characteristics in signal processing, so it is used to de-noising and recovery for blurry picture in image processing. However, in order to achieve a clear distinction between the license plate and non-license plate, winner filter is used to blur picture in this paper, so that it is conductive to license plate localization. The basic method of this paper employ HSV space to extract the license plate image in saturated layer, and then adjust the adaptive filter window to blur the image of non-license plate area, finally use morphological processing and other methods to achieve the license plate location. The experimental results show that this method of license plate location has high recognition rate and faster positioning characteristics.
