摘要
通过对汽车专业电类课程的职业核心能力培养要求的分析,提出汽车专业电类课程的仿真实训软件关键是围绕故障诊断分析的活动过程而进行,并以此构建知识与技能并进的诊断型专家系统。软件结合专家领域的知识库、推理机、动态数据库、人机接口等,构建汽车电路故障诊断的简单专家系统模型。在此基础上,结合车辆实际故障诊断的生产要素:选择运用万用表等检测仪器,辅助故障诊断分析表,构建专家知识库和推理机。构建的汽车启动系统仿真实训软件(专家系统),通过知识挖掘与分析,演绎实际故障诊断的过程,从而达到仿真性实训的目的。汽车启动系统仿真实训软件的上网运用,极大地提高了汽车专业电路实训教学的效果,有效降低了实训教学成本。
Through analysis on occupational core ability training requirements of electricity courses in automobile major, this paper brings forward that the key of simulated training software for electricity courses in automobile major is a diagnosis expert system that centers on an active process of fault diagnosis and analysis, and builds knowledge and skills at the same time. The software combines expert knowledge base, inference engine, dynamic database and man-machine interface, and builds a simple expert system model for automobile circuit fault diagnosis. On this basis, combine production factors during actual automobile fault diagnosis:select and make use of multimeter, other detecting instruments and auxiliary fault diagnosis and analysis table; build expert knowledge base and inference engine. Moreover, build simulated training software (expert system) of automobile start-up system; through knowledge exploration and analysis, demonstrate actual fault diagnosis process and realize the aim of simulated training. Online application of simulated training software of automobile start-up system has greatly enhanced practical teaching effect of automobile circuit and effectively reduced practical teaching cost.
