早期免疫肠内营养支持促进老年重症脑血管病患者免疫功能恢复的效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨针对老年重症脑血管病患者,观察给予早期免疫肠内营养支持后在促进自身免疫功能恢复方面获得的效果。方法选取我院2010年2月~2015年2月老年重症脑血管病患者80例。通过随机数表法完成脑血管病患者的随机分组。B2组(对照组40例):临床选择常规肠内营养的方法 ;B1组(观察组40例):临床选择早期免疫肠内营养的方法。对比两组患者完成治疗后在促进免疫功能恢复方面表现出的差异。结果两组重症脑血管病患者完成14天的治疗后,在IL-2浓度方面,B1组明显高于B2组患者(P〈0.05)。在APACHEⅡ评分以及MODS评分两方面,B1组明显优于B2组重症脑血管病患者(P〈0.05)。结论针对老年重症脑血管病患者,临床给予早期免疫肠内营养支持,患者的免疫抑制获得有效改善,患者的临床预后质量获得有效提高,最终显著提高老年重症脑血管病患者的生活质量。 Objective To study on senile severe cerebrovascular disease, to observe the early immune enteral nutrition support in promoting autoimmune functional recovery after effect. Methods To choose our 02, 2010~02, 2015 elderly severe cerebrovascular disease in 80 cases. Through the stochastic indicator method randomized complete cerebrovascular disease. B2 group of 40 cases(control group) : clinical choose the method of conventional enteral nutrition; B1(observation group 40 cases) : clinical choose the method of early immune enteral nutrition. Compare two groups of patients after treatment showed the differences on immune function in promoting recovery. Results Two groups of severe cerebrovascular patients completed 14 days after treatment, the concentration of IL- 2, B1 group is significantly higher than B2 group patients(P〈0.05). The APACHE Ⅱ ratings and MODS score two aspects, B1 B2 is obviously better than the group of severe cerebrovascular disease(P〈0.05).Conclusion In view of the senile severe cerebrovascular disease, clinical early immune enteral nutrition support in patients with immunosuppression to obtain effective improvement, obtain effectively improve the clinical outcomes of patients with quality, eventually improve the quality of life of senile severe cerebrovascular disease.
